Two groups of eleven students were on Sunday arrested in Lefke over fighting that resulted in the damage of several properties.
The incident happened on Sunday at the Martyr Salahi Street in Lefke.
According to information gathered by Olomoinfo blog, more than 30 students were involved in the fight between the two opposition groups but only 11 of them were arrested while 21 others are been sought for by the police.
Trouble started at about 2:30 am on Sunday when argument broke out between the two opposing groups who threw caution in the air and engaged in free for all.
They were engaged in physical battle while some threw stones and different objects as they chase the other group who took refugee at the Lefke Fire Department.
Police station and Fire Department windows were broken in the fracas while electronic equipment inside the building was also damaged.
Police say they are investigating the incident as those arrested have been charged for "fighting", "rebellion" and "property damage."
