Six people were arrested and drug seized from them in Lefkosa, Famagusta and Beyarmudu, on Wednesday.
According to police report, one suspect identified as M.C, 21 was arrested and found with about 4g of drugs at the Ledra Palace border crossing in Lefkosa on Wednesday evening.
Another suspect identified as A.K, 23 was also arrested in connection with the incident.
In Beymarudu'da on Wednesday evening 222g of substance believed to be a kind of jailbreak drug and 9 grams of substance believed to be cocaine type drug was found in a vehicle used by M.D, 31.
Another suspect M.Z, 54 believed to have a connection with the incident was arrested too.
Also, police said they arrested another suspect M.E, 31 in Famagusta and is believed to be related to T.Y, 21 who was found with a substance believed to be synthetic cannabinoid type drug weighing about 1 gram following a search on their vehicle.
