A 21-year-old Turkish Cypriot has lost his life in the early hours of Monday morning in a road accident along Zeytinli Street in Dogankoy, North Cyprus.
The deceased identified as Furkan Kroilic, 21 reportedly had the accident at about 1:10am on Monday morning.
According to report, he was driving on Zeytinli Street eastward of Doğanköy, watching carelessly when he lost control of the vehicle before hitting a stone barrier at side of the road.
The driver and another passenger identified Mertcan Zaimoglu sustained serious injury in the accident and were taken to the Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital for treatment.
Furkan who was admitted into emergency care service, lost his life later at about 4:45 while Mertcan who was was seriously injured continued to received treatment at the hospital.
