3 times ASGA Award winning Cyprused based Nigerian female rapper, JayBlinkz made a shocking post on her Facebook page where she took a shot at her fake friends who fell back from coming around once she took a step back from music to face her education. She also promised that she is fully back and have some new music on the way.
JayBlinkz dominated the Cyprus afrobeats scene a couple years ago with the huge success of her smash hit single 'Million Dollar Movement' featuring Kevin Tita and El Bee. Due to the success of the song, she was a part headliner at many shows and was for a long time the toast of event promoters. She also won the awards for Artist Of The Year and Song of the Year at the ASGA Awards 2016. She followed up the success of 'Million Dollar Movement' with the release of her next single 'What Do You Want' which came with a video t accompany it. The video had cameo appearnces from Kevin Tita and Tbonez. It won her the award for Video of the Year at the ASGA Awards 2017. She also released her third single 'Nah You' featuring new label mate Olayinka which helped prolong her wave but afterwards little was heard from her apart from a performance at L.A.X and MayorKun's concert last December.
