According to Paul Olomo's Facebook post this afternoon, Near East University has shut attempts by African students to hold a peaceful protest on campus. The protest was to register there disdain for the murder of an African Student, Kennedy Dede who was brutally murdered by 8 Turkish young men and women and his body was afterwards dumped in a pond in Magusa.
