If all we are hearing is correct then it might be a sad reality as one of Nigeria's golden voices, Adekunle Gold is reportedly saying good by to the record label that brought him into lime light, YBNL. He got signed to the label in 2015 after Olamide heard his song 'Sade' and the deal was supposed to be a kind of 'testing the water' deal so they signed for just a year. The deal reportedly expired on Dec 26, 2016 and in a recent interview where Adekunle Gold was asked about his future with the label, he simply replied 'I don't want to speak on it.
Remember around this time last year, Lil Kesh temporarily exited the YBNL before signing a joint venture deal through his YAGI imprint.
