Wonders shall never end... remember the young lady that has been trending on social media in because she was reportedly diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer by doctors at LUTH.... yes she is truly down with the sickness but her family used the opportunity to defraud soft hearted Nigerians out of their hard earned money.... over $100,000 was raised with a bit over N3,000,000 extra.
Doctors at the hospital confirmed that her condition had passed the stage where treatment could help and told her family to take her home but rather than follow instructions, they used the opportunity to start seeking for funds from the public and once they got what they were looking for they all eloped, abandoning their home and switching off their phones. The police is now searching for them.
Shame on them. This will sure make it hard for another cancer patient to seek help from Nigerians in the future.
