This morning, Mr. Caleb Aniedi of iLite TV (Cyprus pan-African leading YouTube TV channel) took to his Facebook page to shower praises on multi-award winning rapper, Kevin Tita. He let every know how much respect he has for Kevin as an artist and also pointed out the fact that Kevin is the leading African artist in Cyprus according to Google ranking tailored for black artists in Cyprus. Kevin Tita is currently a leading artist in Cyprus not just on the web but also in real life (can we put it that way?). Last year walked home with an ASGA Award plaque for PRIDE & SPIRIT (a category of the ASGA Awards that's given to an African youth that's representing the continent in a positive light in Cyprus) and his single CashOut was the most streamed and downloaded song by any black artist in Cyprus through out the year with over 5,000 streams without radio or TV. The song also trended on Twitter in Nigeria the day it was released. He also featured on female rapper JayBlinkz's smash hit 'Million Dollar Movement' which also crossed the 5,000 streams mark and is currently nominated in the category of Song Of The Year at the ASGA Awards this year. He has a total of 6 awards to his name through out his stay in Cyprus including 2 ASGA Awards plaques, 3 ANAN Awards plaques and one award of recognition presented to him by the NSS.
Not to say much more, his latest single 'I AM THE MAN' is currently one of the most downloaded songs by a black artist in Cyprus (yet again) despite been released with no announcement before it's drop date.
