American singer, Ariana Grande and her fiance, Pete Davidson have reportedly broken up after 5 months of dating.
According to multiple reports, the two lovebirds decided to end their engagement over the weekend.
“It was way too much too soon,” a source linked to Grande told PEOPLE. “It’s not shocking to anyone.”
TMZ also learnt from other sources that the decision to split was a mutual choice, as both Grande and Davidson felt the timing wasn’t right.
The couple’s split comes at a time Grande is dealing with the loss of former boyfriend of 2 years Mac Miller, who died from an apparent drug overdose on Sept. 7.
The singer and the comedian started dating in May, shortly after Ariana split from Mac Miller and within weeks of them being together, Pete had proposed with a ring thought to be worth $100,000.
