These aren’t happy times for Nollywood super actress, Mercy Johnson-Okojie as she took to her social media to announce the demise of her mother.

The actress who declared that it was a trying time for her family, called for prayer while asking the general public to respect their privacy at this time.

It deeply saddens me to say that my beloved mother is gone. This is a trying time for my family and we would appreciate your prayers, even as we plead for our privacy at this time. Thank you
