Muhammad Rukhsar,
who was trying to cross South Cyprus by violating the military territory in
Nicosia yesterday, was arrested.
The suspect,
Mohammed Rukhsar, who was caught by sentry soldiers while he was trying to
cross into Southern Cyprus in violation of a military forbidden zone in Nicosia
in the Dumlupinar district, was brought before a military court yesterday.
Senior Judge Alev
Ulunay Hudaeddi ordered the suspect to remain in police custody for 1 day for
investigation purposes.
