#NEWS: Cyprus Student Arrested For Poccession Of Marijuana

A 35-year-old man is currently cooling his heels in police cell after he was arrested for breaking his girlfriend's thumb in a fight in Lefkosa on Sunday.

The man who is only identified as RK, 35 reportedly carried out the act at about 4:00pm on Sunday following a heated argument with his girlfriend. 

According Police report, after rushing at his girlfriend, he collided on her right hand causing him to break her thumb in the process. 

He was arrested following the incident.
