BREAKING NEWS: Harrysong Dumps 5IVE STAR Music, Floats His Own Label.

This might come as a shock to the Nigerian music industry as yet another artist leaves the record label that brought him/her into lime light. We first saw this new on iLite TV and yes it has been confirmed that Harrysong has left 5ive Star Music, the very label that brought him into lime lighter after he tried and failed with previous record labels that signed him including a record label owned by Lagos big boy, Kevin Luciano. He has since floated his own label which he called Alterplate Records and has changed all his booking information on all his social media platforms.

Harrysong is best known for his 2015 smash hit song 'Raggae Blues' which was so popular that it was dubbed the new Nigerian national anthem. He had previously released 'I'm In Love' featuring Olamide which didn't do too good on the charts but was a core fan favorite especially among ladies. Soon after he joined Five Star Music, he appeared on almost of all his label mate, KCee's videos and was rumored to have written KCee's biggest song to date 'Limpopo' which rose to the very top of the Nigerian music charts on all radio stations and TV stations and stayed there for weeks. Harrysong then released 'Beta Pikin' which was his break out hit before 'Raggae Blues'. He followed up with 'Aka Gum' featuring Duncan Mighty which didn't make it into the Top 10 on the charts but was mildy popular.

With this new move we hope he keeps succeeding because he is one of the most talented Nigerian musicians of this generation.
