WizKid completely dominated the MTV MAMA Awards which was held in South Africa last night by winning 4 awards including Best Male Artist of the Year, Best Collaboration Of The Year 'Soweto Baby' and the much coveted Artist Of The Year which set him high above any other African artist this year. He also delivered the best performance of the night, performing hits like 'Soweto Baby', 'Roll Up' with South African rapper, Emtee and his all time classic smash 'Ojuelegba' with backing from the Soweto Gospel Choir.
WizKid is still riding high off the wave of featuring on Drake's worldwide smash chart buster 'One Dance' which is currently the biggest song of the Digital Era in history, he has also worked with Justin Bieber's producers, Major Lazer, featured on RKelly's album, Chris Brown, Tinie Tempah, Tyga, Akon, Justin SKye just to name a few. His collaboration with French disk jockey, DJ Henry titled 'Like This' is currently sitting on top of the France Viral 50 Charts and has been there for over 9 weeks consecutively.
