The much anticipated ASGA Awards 2016 nominations list is finally out and yes yes yes oh yes... IT IS LIT. This year's ceremony will be filled with so much suspense and surprises as the list is filled with quiet a number of new artists and the social categories as well. One thing we noticed is, even though award winning rapper, Kevin Tita publicly said he won't be vying for any of the awards this year, his name and presence is written all over the nominations list from his feature on JayBlinkz 'Million Dollar Movement' getting a Song Of The Year nomination to his work Jackie Boy's 'Dan Gata' ( yes he was featured on the remix) to rap newbie.. Xtine.. yes Xtine did work with Kevin Tita on his sophomore single 'Made Men' last year and the song was quiet successful. Xtine got a nomination in the category of Artist Of The Year.

Comedian, NI Emeka who dropped out of the race but got back in, landed a single nomination in the Comedian of The Year category and our predictions is that he is going to win it. JayBlinkz got two nominations in the categories of Song Of The Year for her smash hit song 'Million Dollar Movement' featuring Kevin Tita and El Bee as well as Artist Of The Year. Another surprising artist on the list if new comer, Spaco G who got a Video Of The Year nomination for his song 'SugarCane' as well as Jackie Boy who got 3 nominations for his single 'Dan Gata'.
