#NEWS: Kevin Tita Release Statement On ASGA Awards 2016

Multi-award winning rapper, Kevin Tita who has won a total of 6 awards through out his career as an artist in Cyprus, has come forward to announce that he won't be contesting any more award categories in this year's ASGA Awards but rather will be supporting various new artists in Cyprus and helping them achieve a dream he achieved 3 years in a row which is winning their own plaques at this year's ceremony. Kevin Tita has been a pillar of support to various new artists as he has collaborated with quiet a number of them with the most notable one being female rapper, JayBlinkz who worked with him on the smash hit song 'Million Dollar Movement' among others. Last year he walked home with the award for Pride & Spirit ( an award given to an African youth making the continent proud through entertainment in Cyprus), he is about to receive a plaque for achieving the 10,000 streams mile stone with his single 'CashOut' and his new single 'I Am The Man' is currently gaining a massive buzz in Cyprus at the moment with over 1,500 domestic downloads within a short period of 3 weeks. Dear Family, Hope you guys are good?....I am just here thinking about my career as an artist since I came to Cyprus and to God be the glory I have one the best come up stories from barely getting any shine to now having multiple hits and rocking every single show and getting paid to have fun. 2015 was totally my year and 2016? My single #IAmTheMan is topping the charts once again. 6 awards on my shelve, about to get a 10,000 Streams plaque for my single CashOut and damn look at all the love I get from City to City. It could only be God. How ever after a long talk with some of my friends who happen to be new artists on the Island about the upcoming ASGA Awards, I sat back and smiled because I realized it is time for me to do one last thing which is pave way for them to enjoy the spot light and have a feel of the moments I have enjoyed and still enjoy. I wish all the nominees the best. If I decide to end my epic journey as an artist on this beautiful Island this minute and music was all I contributed to the pan-African image in Cyprus then I go as a fulfilled man.
