In its first annual convention held on the 12th of December, 2015 at Near East University Lefkosa, Cyprus which had in attendance delegates from various universities began with the National Anthem and pledge led by the outgoing president Comrade SAMSON FADIYA who later urged delegates to conduct themselves for the betterment of all Nigerian Students and the association which is fast growing. He also thanked the outgoing executives for their great contribution throughout their tenure as pioneer excos, after which he handed over the floor to the senate president who constituted some committees to preside over the electioneering process.
